Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains how Olivia Feldtmann Pty Ltd (ABN 21 701 932 916) ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses and looks after your personal information when you use oliviafeldtmann.com, join my newsletter, book a call with me or take part in my courses.

I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What I collect

I only collect what I need. Depending on how you deal with me, that may include:

  • —Your name and email address when you do the quiz, join the waitlist, sign up to my newsletter or send me a message
  • —Your phone number if you book a call with me or choose to give it to me
  • —Your quiz answers and results, including your business stage and the areas the quiz suggests you focus on
  • —Purchase details when you buy a course, such as your name, email, billing address and what you bought. Your card details go straight to the payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
  • —Your Facebook name and profile, and your answers to the joining questions, when you ask to join my private Facebook group for course members
  • —Anything you choose to tell me in a message, on a call, in a feedback form or in my course communities
  • —Basic website data, like which pages you visit, what browser and device you use and roughly where you are (city or country). This is collected automatically. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

I don't ask for sensitive information, like health details, through this website or my courses. Please don't send it to me.

How I use it

I use your information to:

  • —Send you your quiz roadmap and the emails that go with it
  • —Let you know when Built To Be Inherited opens, if you've joined the waitlist or done the quiz
  • —Send you my fortnightly newsletter, if you've signed up
  • —Reply to your messages and run any call you've booked
  • —Process your purchase, give you access to your course and send receipts
  • —Check you're a course member before approving your request to join my private Facebook group
  • —Understand how people use the site, so I can improve it
  • —Meet my legal obligations, including tax and record keeping

I'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to hear from me. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Testimonials and feedback

If you send me feedback or a testimonial, I'll only publish your name, photo, business name or words with your permission. You can ask me to take it down at any time.

My course communities

My courses are hosted on Skool, and buying a course also gives you access to a private Facebook group for members.

When you ask to join the Facebook group, I'll ask a few joining questions, like the email you used to buy the course, so I can check you're a member. If I can't match you to a purchase, I may decline the request.

Anything you post in the Skool community or the Facebook group, including your name, profile photo and comments, can be seen by other members. Please think about what you share there, and don't share other members' posts or details outside the group.

Facebook is run by Meta, and Skool is run by Skool. When you use them, their own privacy policies and terms apply, and they control how they collect and use your information on their platforms. I can only see what those platforms show me as the group admin, like your profile name, your joining answers and what you post in the group.

If your course access ends, I may remove you from the Facebook group and the Skool community.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information, and I never will.

I use trusted services to run the site, my emails and my courses. They store or process information on my behalf:

  • —HighLevel (GoHighLevel): my website, forms, bookings and email platform
  • —Google Workspace: my email and documents
  • —Skool: my course platform and members' community
  • —Meta (Facebook): my private Facebook group for course members
  • —Zoom: online calls and group sessions
  • —A secure payment provider: processes course payments. I'll name the provider here once it's in place.

I may also share information with my professional advisers, like my accountant or lawyer, where they need it to help me run my business, or if the law requires it.

Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose providers with strong security, and I take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with Australian privacy law.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technology to keep it working properly and to understand how people use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the quiz, may not work properly without them.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Only people who need it to help run my business can see it.

No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, I'll let you know as soon as I can and, where the law requires it, notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

I keep your information only as long as I need it, or as long as the law requires (for example, purchase records for tax). When it's no longer needed, I delete it or make it anonymous.

Who this site is for

This site and my courses are for adults in business. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You can:

  • —Unsubscribe from my emails at any time, using the link at the bottom of any email
  • —Ask what information I hold about you
  • —Ask me to correct it if it's wrong
  • —Ask me to delete it, unless I'm required to keep it

If you have a question about this policy, or a concern about how I've handled your information, please email info@oliviafeldtmann.com and I'll work with you to sort it out.

If you're not happy with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
